Dates & location
July 9–10 in Raleigh, North Carolina
Attendees will cover their own travel and hotel costs. We suggest staying at The Casso Hotel in Downtown Raleigh.

- Hair and makeup before your speech (by Wedded Kiss) ($200 value)
- A chance to practice your keynote in front of a supportive group of MDA grads
- Filming each talk with multiple cameras, b-roll clips, and a face-to-camera script station with teleprompter ($6,500 value)
- A 1-minute demo reel ($7,000 value)
- 5 professionally edited headshots ($2,500 value)
- Lunch included on day of talk

MONTH OF JUNE:
1:1 coaching calls with Jess to solidify 5 minute talk (if you sign up by May 2)
TUESDAY, JULY 1st:
12–1pm EST: Retreat kickoff call with Jess & Kristine
WEDNESDAY, JULY 9TH:
Private dinner with Jess, Kristine, and attendees!
THURSDAY, JULY 10TH:
9:30am: Meet in lobby of Casso to discuss delivery techniques and goals of the day
10:30am: Depart for Junction West
11:00am: Begin hair and makeup in waves of 2
11:15am–2:00pm: Rotating beetween filming demos, filming face-to-camera intros, headshots*
12:00pm: Self-serve lunch
2:00–3:00pm: Wrap up and depart
*Headshots and demo reels will be delivered within 4 weeks post-retreat.
